Aydem Enerji master data standardization project was successfully completed

In Aydem Enerji, the deep-rooted and innovative power of the Turkish energy sector, our master data standardization project, which covers 3 separate systems, 15 company codes and 45 production sites, has been successfully taken into live use.

With the project;

• Material identification standardization has been determined and documented throughout the group.
• Material identification workflow standardization has been achieved throughout the group.
• Category standardization has been achieved throughout the group.
• Goods group and reporting standardization has been achieved throughout the group.
• Hierarchical search assistance has been taken into use for easier access to materials throughout the group.
• Nearly 1,000,000 material data has been processed by handling.
• Material-related financial infrastructure integration across the Group has been standardized in all companies and updated in all systems.
• As a result of the standardization work carried out with the project throughout the Group, an infrastructure has been established that will enable decision makers and managers to report all data consolidated in purchasing, stock, accounting and cost reporting.
• Duplicate material codes were determined, and deletion, transfer and open document updates of duplicate materials have been ensured.
• All open purchasing documents have been updated.
• The sustainability of the existing structure has been ensured by activating the material master data authorization controls.
